On Top of the World: Himalayan Jumping Spider
Euophrys omnisuperstes, which means "standing above everything," lives in the Himalayan Mountains of Tibet. It might be the highest known permanent resident on Earth, hunting stray, windblown insects in altitudes of up to 22,000 feet! Tibetans call it the "Fly Tiger."
